Working 5 days per week from approximately 6:30 am – 2:30 pm (There is flexibility on the start time and a potential for a later start if necessary)

Purpose of the Role
The role oversees the day-to-day management of the Training Centre Facilities, including satellite sites, to ensure a safe working environment while safeguarding assets. You will also focus on the coordination of building repairs and maintenance, facilities and external provider contract management, security access, and key building, equipment and property management.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, contributing to the development and implementation of systems to ensure the Training facilities meet relevant safety and legislative requirements.
Build and implement systems to ensure the Training facilities and associated resources support effective learning delivery.
Contribute to and/or lead contract and procurement processes for engagements relating to facilities management.
Provide information, advice and regular reporting on the status of the facilities, escalating issues when required.
Respond to and manage unplanned facilities issues within agreed timeframes, including managing third-party providers as required.
Manage and build productive relationships and interfaces between stakeholders, external parties and providers.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to optimise the utilisation of training facilities and resources.
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience in a similar role in facilities.
Experience using systems to manage and log issues/jobs, including desktop applications.
Ability to coordinate programmes of work to agreed outcomes.
Sound knowledge and understanding of the application of the Outcome Standards for NVR RTOs ****.
