We're currently on the lookout for a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Property Manager to join our close-knit team in our centrally located Griffith office—just a two-minute walk from the Manuka shops.

About You:

* Organised, punctual and committed to high standards of service
* Licensed or willing to obtain your Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence (a current driver's license is required)
* Able to work Saturdays (with time off in lieu during the week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating routine inspections, ingoings/outgoings
* Communicating with landlords and tenants professionally and proactively
* Handling leasing enquiries and applications
* Maintaining accurate property records and reports
* Contributing to our team culture and company success
