About the Centre Operations Manager Role
Oversee and develop a high-performing team, driving overall asset strategy and enhancing centre performance.
This role combines operational leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional results across all revenue and cost streams.
* Asset & Financial Performance: Maximise revenue, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure strong financial outcomes including FFO and AFFO.
* Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, capital works, compliance, maintenance, and risk management, ensuring high standards of presentation and safety.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, councils, and internal teams, driving collaboration and excellent customer experiences.
* Team Leadership & Culture: Attract, develop, and retain top talent; coach and mentor the centre management team; foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
* Innovation & Business Development: Identify opportunities to enhance performance, improve processes, and implement organisational improvement initiatives.
