Duties: Coordination of the drafting of the annual report, corporate plan, operational report, annual performance and portfolio budget statements. Reviewing performance measures for corporate reporting in line with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act). Collecting information from multiple line areas and preparing briefs and reports for senior management and internal committees. Consulting and collaborating with staff from across the organisation, including providing guidance and assistance. As required, assisting with a range of other governance related activities, including the risk management framework, internal audit program, and secretariat support for governance and audit committees. Supervising staff (where required). Do You Have? Excellent written and oral communication skills and a high attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Ability to liaise with and build productive relationships with staff across the agency and with external stakeholders. Ability to manage projects and display good judgement. An understanding or ability to quickly gain an understanding of governance practices and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
