About our Client: Our client operates on one of the world's largest zinc and lead deposits, located approximately 970 kilometres south-east of Darwin.
We are seeking qualified Electricians, Boilermakers, and Mechanical Fitters for permanent full-time positions in the FIFO Mining sector from Darwin.
This is an excellent opportunity to start or advance your trade career in a dynamic and well-established mining operation.
About the Role:
* 2:2 Roster
* Day and Night Shift | 12-hour shifts
* FIFO from Darwin
* This opportunity is for Darwin based candidates only
* Entry level tradesperson to advance tradesperson are welcome to apply
* Salary Package from $104,000K + super
Electricians
Work on industrial electrical systems including motors, switchgear, variable speed drives (VSDs), instrumentation, and control systems that power and automate the processing plant. Experience with PLCs, process control, and high-voltage systems will be highly regarded.
Boilermakers
Fabricate, repair, and maintain structural steelwork, tanks, chutes, hoppers, and piping used throughout the processing plant. Experience with heavy plate welding, shutdown maintenance, and working on crushers or mills is advantageous.
Mechanical Fitters
Maintain and overhaul rotating equipment such as pumps, conveyors, crushers, thickeners, and flotation cells. A background in breakdown maintenance, hydraulics, and alignment of rotating machinery within a production environment is highly desirable.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant trade qualification / NT licensing for your trade
* Demonstrated experience in your trade discipline

* A valid driver's licence

* The ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
* Must be clean-shaven for safety compliance
