An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and service-driven Learning Operations Officer to join the team at Suncorp.
In this role, you will support the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS) and associated learning processes, helping to ensure learning services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with governance standards. By providing reliable operational and administrative support, resolving enquiries, and maintaining high-quality learning records, you will contribute to a consistent and seamless learning experience across the business.

What You'll Do

* Manage and resolve learning enquiries through HR Help Desk and approved channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused outcomes in line with SLAs.
* Perform LMS administration activities including enrolments, withdrawals, user updates, access maintenance, and learning history corrections.
* Support the deployment and maintenance of learning pathways, courses, offerings, user groups, and related configurations.
* Conduct routine checks to ensure learner data, system configurations, and records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for learning activities, reporting cycles, system updates, and documentation.
* Identify and escalate risks or process gaps, contribute to audit readiness, and support continuous improvement across learning operations.

What You'll Bring

* Experience in an administrative, operations, or service delivery role within a corporate or shared services environment.
* Exposure to learning systems (LMS), HR systems, or case management tools (e.g. HR Help Desk/ServiceNow) is desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and work within governance frameworks.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to process tasks accurately and consistently.
* Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
* Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
* A collaborative approach and commitment to team success.
