With our current Senior Property Manager stepping into a new role within the company, we're now looking for our next Property Management superstar to join the team and grow with us. In this role, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 90 properties, primarily built through house and land sales. You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of your portfolio. Trust accounting? No need to worry — our accounts team takes care of that for you.
As our rent roll expands, so will your role and salary, making this an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build something meaningful with us and grow within our company. This Monday to Friday position offers a chance to thrive without weekend work commitments.
Key Requirements:

* Ability to foster strong, enduring client relationships.
* Experience managing a high-quality property portfolio; senior property management experience is required.
* Capacity to support team members effectively.
* Driven attitude to enhance the Collective Brand.
* Valid Real Estate Certificate and driver's license.
* Familiarity with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate software preferred.
* Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience is essential.
