RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
* Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
* Prepare and submit tenders for multiple projects simultaneously
* Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
* Attend and prepare tender meetings
* Develop budgets and monitor project costs
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
* 3+ years of Estimating experience for a Fitout/Refurbishment head contractor or commercial builder
* Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong tender and methodology knowledge
