You'll be hands-on in helping deliver refined and design-heavy projects, backed by a team that prides itself on quality and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier packages, scopes, and agreements, coordinating procurement and tender processes, including negotiation and letting contracts, monitoring project costs and budgets, and supporting monthly financial reporting.
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field.
* At least 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, preferably across apartment developments.
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
