The role of Senior Strategic Human Resources Advisor involves leveraging expert advice and support to frontline leaders through the People Solutions Centre model.
* Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver blended workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations to meet evolving business needs.
* Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
* Leadership Development: Coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Workforce Planning and Analysis: Use workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change.
