To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
* a PhD or equivalent doctorate in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field;
* An outstanding track record of research publications in the area of Optimisation Theory;
* Evidence of success in securing competitive research grants;
* evidence of ability, versatility and commitment to excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching;
* experience in supervising students across various academic levels.
