As we continue to go far and go together we're seeking an Audio Visual Service and Project Manager to lead our projects and service operations, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction across all our brands.
How will you play to win?
The position requires a combination of technical knowledge, reporting, and client relationship skills as the position is responsible for the efficient running of day-to-day audio-visual operations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Service
* Provision of high-quality technical support across the businesses' audio-visual systems
* Detail level three audio visual service issues to third-party AV integrator for resolution
* Maintain oversight and stakeholder communication on all outstanding AV service issues with responsible party/s and timeframe
* Provide detailed reporting and analysis on issue resolution time and cost allocated per business group
* Identifying patterns in common audio-visual system issues
* Development of a "first-reference" Troubleshooting Guide for business groups
* Performing system readiness tests before all significant business events
* Audit systems and hardware to maintain up-to-date documentation of each venue/s current equipment list, as-build plans and programming code
* Provide technical and operator system training where appropriate
* Project & Innovation
* Provide technical liaison with all departments regarding recommended system modifications, design, and upgrades where necessary
* Assisting third-party systems integrator with the specification and quotation on all new work programs
* Work with the development team to project manage audio visual component of new works to timeline, scope and budget
* Responsible for developing and implementing an innovative audio-visual system strategy with a focus on customer experience
* Developing R&D
* Responsible for maintaining supplier relationships, product roadmaps and commercials
What You'll Bring
* Experience with audio and video equipment systems
* Knowledge in video conferencing and control systems
* Experience in fault-finding, audio-visual schematics and digital sound processors
* Undertaking temporary postings at our resident technician sites
* A passion for providing high-level technical support and customer service
* Current valid driver's licence and personal vehicle
* Basic networking and programming skills are highly regarded
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
