Food and Beverage Shift Leader - Sails in the Desert

Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a passionate hospitality leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. The role will maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction in the provision of Food & Beverage services while contributing to effective hotel operations and mentoring new Food & Beverage recruits.
Key Duties
* Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements
* Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors
* Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP
* Set an example of professional behaviours
* Participate in all scheduled training and meetings to assist Ayers Rock Resort management
You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.
