Senior Applications Technical Specialist - Oracle Fusion ERP & SCM (Health Manager Level 4)

Multiple positions available - Temporary role for a period of up to 12 months
Chatswood | In-office presence with hybrid flexibility for work-life balance
$147,653 to $175, % super (The offered salary within this range will reflect the successful candidate's level of capability and experience.)
12 extra days off per year, 4 weeks annual leave, 17.5% leave loading

Join Our Team
We are looking for several high performing Senior Applications Technical Specialists to join the eHealth Application Development team responsible for delivering high-impact software solutions that support the organisation's strategic and operational goals.

You'll play a key role in leading and supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of security configurations across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (SCM, ERP). You'll provide expert technical insight and advisory support, ensuring that our platforms are developed, managed, and maintained in line with long-term strategic goals. You will manage your work independently, take full ownership of assigned deliverables, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

In this role, you will:
Deliver solutions through the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of various technical solutions in Oracle Cloud for ERP&SCM such as:
integration between Oracle Fusion applications and Oracle EBS/Other third party/bespoke applications
data migration between Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion modules
reports
extensions and customisations
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, functional consultants, infrastructure staff, technical architects, and business users to deliver the best solutions for NSW Health
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure application reliability and knowledge continuity by writing maintainable and efficient code and useful technical documentation
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues across the application stack for timely support to internal teams and stakeholders

This role is internally referred to as Senior Engineer - ERP.

About you
We are looking for someone who has:
Hands-on experience delivering scalable technical solutions for complex Oracle ERP Fusion requirements in various Finance, SCM modules.
Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion modules using OIC, ATP & APEX.
Proficiency in SaaS reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Cloud Connector (BICC), enabling effective data extraction and real-time reporting.
Strong command over Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with proven abilities in performance tuning, query optimization, and writing complex logic for enterprise-grade solutions.
Experience in data migration is desirable.
Proven track record delivering custom solutions and integrations across multiple Fusion modules.
