**The Position**
This Delta FM role supports our operational teams in the Surat Basin. Therefore, it is a time critical role that is high-paced and attention to detail is crucial to the success of this role. You will be able to think on your feet and act accordingly.
**The Position**
- Approve and complete work orders
- Raise purchase orders
- Generate supplier and contractor invoicing, goods receivable and receipting of goods
- Manage overdue work orders for both in house and contractor staff
- Assign work orders to maintenance team and/or contractors as required
- Compile asset register information to load into CMMS through data analysis and onsite asset audits
- Generation of monthly PM work orders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to generate quotations
- Reporting of Work order Activity and KPI's
- Some travel to remote sites in the Surat Basin may be required
- Additional duties and/or tasks as directed by the Manager
**The Person**
- Strong administrative background working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the use of Computer-based maintenance management systems to schedule reactive, preventative and condition-based maintenance activities, and report status of work order completion such as PRONTO-Xi or other Maintenance Management / ERP Systems
- Prior experience within the Resources and/or Oil and Gas/Construction Industries
- Prior experience with resource scheduling of teams across multiple client sites
- Prior experience in administering guided training sessions in person and remotely via the internet.
