**About the role**:
Ventia requires an experienced **Administration Officer** to assist our Defence Contract's National Vehicle Recovery Call Centre in its daily operations as well as provide administrative support for our Defence Maintenance and National Clothing stores contract. The role is based at Lone Pine Barracks in Singleton.

**Responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to)**:

- Call centre response, records management, data entry and updating of information systems.
- Following specific instructions to deliver great outcomes for our client.
- Liaising with co-workers and clients to implement work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Attending Ventia and client production meetings as required.

**Your skills**:

- You'll bring a professional attitude, with proven experience in customer contact and a willingness to deliver above and beyond for our client.
- Intermediate Microsoft suite package - SAP highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
