The Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Sales Trainer to empower our store teams to:
* Maximise sales opportunities through effective product knowledge and customer interaction
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by aligning products and services with customer needs
* Lead engaging sales and product training sessions, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive results
You will be responsible for leading sales and product training sessions, working closely with cross-functional teams to support store operations including stock management, merchandising, and standards. Additionally, you will apply proven sales processes to drive results and contribute to a culture of excellence within the organisation.
