As a seasoned Business Analyst, this 12-month contract role focuses on integrating service management solutions between two major telecommunications companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Integrate and document the orchestration of service management processes between ServiceNow and other platforms.
* Design and oversee the implementation of an assurance bridge to ensure smooth coordination between the two NOCs.
* Apply ITIL frameworks and conduct detailed system evaluations to align business processes across both organisations.
* Develop and present cost-effective solution options beyond standard A/B choices, particularly for wholesale partners.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in service management or ITSM environments.
* Strong familiarity with ITIL principles.
* Experience with ServiceNow and ideally some exposure to Helix or similar platforms.
* Ability to translate complex process requirements into clear, actionable steps and cost-effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
