Role Description
This is a full‐time Family Lawyer/Wills and Estates Lawyer position with Galea & Faustin Solicitors, located in Narre Warren VIC, with flexible work arrangements that includes some remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and wills and estates and will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Qualifications
* A degree in Law from an accredited institution
* A current practicing certificate with the Law Institute of Victoria
* Strong knowledge and experience in family law and wills and estates
* Demonstrated ability to provide high‐quality legal advice to clients.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time‐management skills
* The ability to work independently and part of a team
* Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional conduct requirements.
* At least 2 years of post‐admission experience in family law and/or wills and estates
* Knowledge of legal processes and procedures in Victoria
