The Role
* Coordinate bids from start to finish
* Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations
* Manage inputs from project teams, consultants and suppliers
* Maintain bid registers and track submissions
* Ensure all documents meet brand and quality standards
About You
* 2-3+ years' experience in bid / tender coordination
* Background in construction, fitout, property, architecture. Also open to professional services
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* Experience with InDesign or similar
* Able to manage multiple deadlines
