What You Will Do You will own the Discovery, Definition, and Delivery phases. You are the technical authority in the room. Lead Enterprise Engagements: You are the face of the project for our largest clients. You will run discovery workshops, gather requirements, and manage stakeholders who demand high-level strategic insight. Architect the Solution: You don’t just take orders; you scope the solution. You will translate client ambiguity into concrete Technical Scopes of Work. Write Detailed Specifications: This is a documentation-heavy role. You must be able to write precise Functional Specifications and User Stories that a developer can pick up and build without asking 20 questions. AI-Driven Efficiency: You will champion the use of AI tools (e.g., LLMs for drafting specs, data analysis, or Jira automation) to streamline workflows and improve speed-to-market. Technical Feasibility: With your developer/coding background, you will sanity-check estimates, catch potential blockers early, and ensure the proposed tech stack (CMS, API integrations, Headless architectures) is fit for purpose. End-to-End Delivery: Mana About You You are likely a Developer who moved into Management, or a Product Owner with a Computer Science degree. You understand that "the devil is in the details." The "Dev" DNA: You have a background in software development or a deep understanding of coding principles. You can read API documentation and understand database schemas. Documentation Pro: You pride yourself on writing specs that are watertight. You know the difference between a "Business Requirement" and a "Functional Specification." Enterprise Presence: You have the polish and confidence to push back on scope creep and guide C-level stakeholders toward the right technical decisions. AI Native: You are comfortable using AI tools to assist in generating documentation, summarising meeting insights, or optimising project planning. The Toolkit: Deep experience with Jira & Confluence (or similar) Experience with Agile/Scrum in an agency or commercial software environment. Ability to create Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) or User Flow charts is a must.
