Software engineer

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join a high‐performing development team within our Technology & Operations division. This role plays a key part in delivering customer‐centric digital solutions by building high‐quality applications and APIs that support key strategic initiatives.

You'll work within an Agile environment, contributing across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high‐performing solutions.

Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure digital applications.
• Build and support APIs and microservices for digital services.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automation and security embedded.
• Support production deployments and post‐release activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in full‐stack development using ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, OpenShift, and AWS.
• Experience supporting high‐availability production systems.
• Experience with CI/CD techniques, container platforms, and serverless concepts.
• Solid knowledge of source control, build tools, API and testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean delivery approaches.
