**Your Role**
Reporting to the Senior Customer Insights Manager you will be responsible for identifying, leading, managing and communicating customer research. Working across the commercial property and communities business your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end primary research process
- Adept in designing surveys, scripting, analysing and providing recommendations based on survey data
- Confidently identifying and providing a recommendation on the most appropriate research methodology, source, and supplier
- Identify, sharing and communicate relevant customer trends
- Enhancing organisational effectiveness through continuous improvement and innovation
- Confidently managing and communicating insights from external transactional data relating to trade area, market share and retail leakage
- With support from your manager, lead projects and presentations with key stakeholders
- Lead ad hoc initiatives via Stockland's own research community
**About You**
You will have a strong commercial acumen and demonstrated experience in managing qualitative and quantitative research projects. Attention to detail is required as is strong organisational skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. In addition you will have;
- Appropriate tertiary qualification (e.g., marketing, psychology, anthropology, social sciences or business).
- Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience, ideally within a research agency
- Experience using statistical tools (Q, SPSS)
- Strong quantitative & qualitative skills and research reporting skills (namely in PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated skills in communicating insights and recommendations
- Experience managing Tracking research
- Effective stakeholder management; independent decision making on day-to-day project that meets clients objectives
- Experience using Vision Critical's Sparq platform, or a similar survey platform within retail or other property industries will be highly regarded
