Business Solutions Implementation Professional
The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the delivery of solutions and support the adoption of improved digital processes across the organisation.
This role requires a strong interest in advancing your career in knowledge and information management, with experience in delivering projects with both business and technical dimensions. You will work collaboratively across the organisation, helping to embed change in processes, people, and systems.
You will be responsible for driving business efficiencies by immersing yourself in new technologies, refining and enhancing information processes, practices, and behaviours. This includes leading end-to-end business solution development, partnering with business areas to deliver on opportunities for improvement, independently managing and delivering initiatives, and influencing change management across impacted teams and systems.
* Lead end-to-end business solution development, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
* Partner with business areas to deliver on opportunities for improvement in information and knowledge management, and recommend effective solutions.
* Independently manage, deliver and own small to medium-sized initiatives.
* Influence and support change management across impacted teams and systems.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in delivering projects with both business and technical dimensions, strong stakeholder engagement skills, solid understanding of records and information management, familiarity with AI-driven processes and automation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, experience in design thinking or human-centred design, and previous experience as a product owner and consulting (desirable).
Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent industry experience or relevant work experience.
* Project Management certification desirable (e.g.PRINCE2, Agile)
* Demonstrated experience in solution design, business process improvement, including analysis, testing, and implementation.
* Knowledge of information and records management, with exposure to knowledge management practices.
