Administration Support Officer –
Part-Time (3 Days/Week)
Location: Ourimbah Depot (training) + Hybrid Working
Days: Preferably Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Rate: Casual up to $36.90
Ausgrid is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administration Support Officer to join our team on a part‑time basis. This role supports essential administrative processing and plays a key part in delivering accurate and timely outcomes for our customers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role In this position, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, with a strong focus on the manual processing of applications, including:
* Permanent Disconnections
* Solar applications
* New connections
* Alterations
You’ll begin with onsite training at our Ourimbah Depot, after which a hybrid working arrangement can be discussed.
What We’re Looking For To be successful, you will bring:
* Working knowledge of SAP (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to follow established processes and manage multiple tasks
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Availability to work 3 set days per week – ideally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
