Role and Responsibilities
- Provide technical and account-related support to Real Estate agents and some general consumers with varying levels of complexity.
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and create Jira tickets when required.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction by applying specialist product knowledge to help clients use our platforms.
- Identify process and product improvements from client feedback to align with company strategy.
- Provide technical support to internal Sales and Implementation teams when needed.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within Real Estate / Developer space.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- Experience in fast-paced customer service or tech support roles.
- Excellent communication with an enthusiastic, positive approach.
- Resilient and empathetic nature.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting tech platforms in SaaS; contact centre experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Online Sales or Advertising Sales.
- Basic knowledge of coding, XML, JSON or HTML.
