Construction Officer - Concrete
The role of Construction Officer - Concrete is to perform labouring and concreting duties for the maintenance and construction of footpaths, cycleways, kerb and guttering, drainage and other concrete slabs and structures.
This position requires a candidate with demonstrated experience in all aspects of concreting, including formwork, pouring and screeding / finishing.
The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to perform physical labouring duties associated with the maintenance and construction of roads, roadsides and related infrastructure.
In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to operate various items of minor plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Concreting duties for the maintenance and construction of footpaths, cycleways, kerb and guttering, drainage and other concrete slabs and structures
* Laboring duties associated with the maintenance and construction of roads, roadsides and related infrastructure
* Demonstrated experience in all aspects of concreting, including formwork, pouring and screeding / finishing
* Ability to operate various items of minor plant and equipment
