The Role
We're seeking a Shopper Executive who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Deodorants and Homecare portfolio. This includes developing shelf & layout recommendations, managing Point of Sale (POS) delivery, and activating brand campaigns within our retail partners.
The Shopper Executive will work closely with our Marketing and Customer Strategy teams to achieve brand & category objectives. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and translating customer & shopper insights into actionable opportunities online & in-store.
* Creating planograms for instore layouts & recommending online optimisations.
* Owning Retailer assortment optimisation & space efficiency.
* Optimising Unilever's portfolio mix across each customer & category.
* Managing end-to-end project management of POS, stock on hand, and coordinating brand requirements.
* Supporting execution of shopper activation plans with the marketing teams.
