What We're Looking For
You don't need a degree - just real leadership experience and the hunger to grow.
* Experience leading teams in busy environments
* Understand handling day-to-day operations and customer issues
* Big on energy, motivation, and team culture
* Understands the basics of labour, KPIs, and cost control
* Cares about food quality, safety, and consistency
