N Position Type Non-Management Human Resources Officer We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our team. This role plays a key role in supporting all Human Resources activities within the hotel, however, will have a strong focus on driving and delivering all Learning and Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and be confident facilitating training for medium-large groups. Skills & Experience A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related field is desirable Previous experience in a similar role is preferred with exposure to a customer service-based operations environment desirable Strong communication skills are a must, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise and influence across all levels of management important Very strong organisation and time management skills Unrestricted working rights for Australia Note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver a training presentation as part of the interview process.
