This permanent, part‐time opportunity offers hands‐on experience in the OSHC industry. You will be supported by a Director of Service to help you thrive.

Role Overview
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you will be a key leader in delivering high‐quality care and creating memorable experiences for children.
Responsibilities
* Engage with the school community and attend events and assemblies.
* Assist with the creation and implementation of enrichment activities based on children's preferences.
* Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
* Play and support fun activities with primary‐school aged children.
* Support program compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Before or After School Care or education is desirable but not essential.
* Thrive in fast‐paced environments and enjoy working with children.
* Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.
* Strong team player with problem‐solving skills and a positive attitude.
* Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‐aged children.
* Energetic, enthusiastic and eager to share fun moments.
* Relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
