What will you be doing?
* End-to-end management of claims notifications and claims across a variety of insurance classes.
* Working directly with clients to support notifications of claims.
* Policy coverage analysis and advice.
* Proactively ensuring smooth coordination of claims with insurers
* Advocating positions on behalf of clients, managing and resolving coverage issues.
* Assessing and understanding legal exposure and quantum, liaising with defence counsel and insurers on strategy and defence of the claim.
* Coordinating and supporting pragmatic resolution of claims.
You will need the following experience and qualifications:
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in insurance
* Understanding of policy coverage within insurance policy.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Have excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail, quality standards and compliance.
* Have a 'client first' focus with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships
* Be adaptable
* Work collaboratively with others and be able to manage competing priorities
