This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the chance to engage and work in partnership with key stakeholders across the organisation. As a fast-paced, multifaceted position, you will be tasked with providing high-level administrative and executive support for senior leaders including diary management, travel arrangements and secretariat responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting reports and communications, undertaking background research and collating accurate information, planning and overseeing events and functions, and supporting finance and HR-related duties for the office.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience in a similar administrative position. Additionally, you will need to have experience in coordinating and managing projects, events, and meetings, including logistics, travel, agendas, and follow-ups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, reports, and presentations. You must also have a strong sense of discretion and be able to handle confidential information with integrity and sensitivity.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Good judgment and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure situations are also required, as well as the ability to anticipate issues and proactively address them.
What We Offer
This part-time position offers a competitive salary package, including up to 12% superannuation. Working hours will be over 5 days (or 4 days by negotiation) and the fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation.
