Overview
Assist in the coordination of the clinical learning and development programs for staff in their designated work location and region. Facilitate clinical competencies, teaching and development, improving the capacity of the workforce at unit level and act as resource person for learning and development projects.

Qualifications and Experience
* Ability to deliver education sessions using a variety of strategies and recent experience in the delivery of clinical care.
* Advanced nursing practice within the speciality area.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to analyse and problem‐solve.
* Independent, team‐oriented work style with strong initiative.
* Advanced computer and presentation skills applying adult learning principles.
