Our recruitment agency is seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to support one of our clients on a commercial pool construction project in Box Hill. This role offers consistent work, a strong team environment, and the chance to gain valuable experience in a specialised construction setting.
About The Role
You will assist with a range of labouring duties across the commercial pool build, including:
* Site preparation and clean‑up
* Assisting trades and site supervisors
* Material handling and equipment movement
* Supporting excavation and formwork activities
* General site maintenance and safety tasks
Power tool experience is desirable, as you may be required to safely operate basic tools and equipment.
What We're Looking For
* Previous labouring or construction experience
* Experience in pool construction or commercial projects (advantageous but not essential)
* Power tool experience (desirable)
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to follow instructions and work safely
* White Card
* Full working rights in Australia
