Key Account Growth Specialist
We are seeking a relationship-driven, results-oriented professional to join our team as Key Account Growth Specialist.
Job Description:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to deliver growth targets across group brands.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
* Understand client needs and pain points, providing tailored solutions to address them.
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
* Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and pipeline.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or technical client support, preferably in B2B & software.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and managed services.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium business owner clients.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical information into business value.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage client issues promptly.
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
