Our OSHC services in Traralgon are looking for a dedicated Permanent Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 21 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.
**About the Role**
Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include:
- Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts - whatever you and the kids love
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program
You'll work split shifts Monday - Friday across the services opening hours of:
**Morning**: 7am - 9am (Rise then Shine Program)
**Afternoon**: 3pm - 6pm (Stay and Play Program)

**Qualifications** Who We're Looking For**
No formal experience? No problem We'll provide all the training you need. We're looking for someone who:
?? Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
?? Communicates clearly and confidently
?? Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
?? Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
?? Must have obtained or are studying towards a relevant Diploma level qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
?? Has Australian work rights
