Brief Summary of Role
Our Oracle practice works with companies to address key challenges maximizing revenue, operating effectively, and optimizing scarce resources by leveraging cloud-based solutions. This individual contributor position is solely responsible for generating business at new accounts and expanding business at existing accounts within a specified territory. It is a mix of pure hunting/direct selling and joint selling by leveraging our robust partner ecosystem. We are a cloud advisor of choice for enterprise customers and motivate them to systematically leverage all our related solutions.
Responsibilities
* Meet, and hopefully exceed, services booking and revenue quotas
* Accurately forecast and deliver on sales within the Australia/NZ region
* Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in accounts
* Network within the industry, market, and accounts to bring new client opportunities
* Holistically understand an account's current cloud infrastructure and help shape future to move to cloud-based solutions. Become the cloud advisor for assigned portfolio of accounts
* Co-sell and work collaboratively with our partners
* Understand Wipro's value proposition, partnerships, and key buyer personas across each value lever maximize revenues, operate effectively, and manage scarce resources
* Evangelize use of crowdsourcing within large enterprise accounts
* Understand the competitive landscape and differentiators
* Identify/develop key partner strategies and relationships for specific customers and market segments
* Provide high content contributions to joint product and consulting opportunities around the application solution areas identified above
* Communicate effectively at all client levels, including CxO
* Quickly grasp client business and technical requirements and fit consulting solutions around those specific needs
* Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful
Skills
Education and Required Experience (Requirements)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5-7 years' experience complex sales, solution selling, strategic accounts selling is a plus
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
* Services sales experience
* Prior experience in business application sales, preferably in Oracle Sales
* Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales
* Drive and motivation to disruptive solutions, cloud, and services full-time
Role & Responsibilities
The role demands knowledge and experience of:
Financial - Qualify Leads and create appropriate funnel for horizontal Services in existing & new accounts in the region. –
Participate in Sales discussions/presentations for respective Services Selling. - Provide first-level solution creation in meetings with customers and prospects. –
Provide appropriate and customized value propositions.
Negotiate/Close in the sales cycle. Delivery/Customer Satisfaction - Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns with the delivery team to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery to give the customer an enhanced experience across touch-points.
Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Wipro.
Become a trusted IT advisor to the customer and participate in the customer's strategic planning. - Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.
Offering/Competency Development - Support the solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new vertical and horizontal solutions. –
Showcase Wipro's solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets. –
Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Wipro's offerings. - Exemplify Wipro leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.
The Practitioner Sales (PR) is accountable for developing global accounts for the Service Line.
PR focuses on driving sales and revenue growth within a region across verticals. And works with a set of Enterprise Business Managers in a cross-functional manner to achieve Service Line targets.
