Croma Coatings supplies high performance wood coatings to the timber furnishing industry.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team in Yatala as a Storeperson Allrounder to support and assist with all facets of our busy store.
Duties can include:
* Picking and packing orders
* Loading and un-loading trucks
* Un-loading containers
* Decanting bases in preparation for tinting
* Deliveries as required
* Organising and booking in freight
* Assisting manager and other team members as required
* Blending solvents
* Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse
* General warehouse ad-hoc tasks
Essential characteristics of the successful applicant:
* must have valid Australian drivers license
* must have valid forklift license
* strong attention to detail and care for things being done correctly
* physically fit and able to lift 25kg pails
* warehouse/stores experience
* good communication skills and personal presentation
Desirable characteristics of the successful applicant:
* experience in the chemical or paint industry
* experience in working with colour or colour matching (e.g automotive, french polishing, inks etc)
Extra Information
* 40 hours per week
* 7.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 6am-2.30pm Friday
* Company wide closure at Christmas for two weeks (Dec/Jan)
