As the Marketing Communication Lead on this high-profile B2B campaign, you will drive and implement a targeted marketing and communications growth strategy for an occupational rehabilitation brand, within the MedHealth group.
You will work across a wide range of areas including traditional and digital marketing, social media, brand, events and communications to drive brand awareness, thought leadership and service referrals to targeted audience groups through a range of mediums and channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who wants to take ownership, enjoys variety and working as part of a small high performing team. You will have a very strong eye for detail and quality, and be experienced in effective senior stakeholder management.
This role can be full-time or part-time for the right person.
Job Description
Day-to-day you will:
* Prepare traditional and digital marketing assets for a range of channels, including print, presentations, EDM's
* Develop engaging, high-quality content and manage the brand's social media content calendar
* Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and increase engagement from key audience group
* Work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including our in-house Video Producer and external design agency
* Manage and coordinate a calendar of events
* Regularly update brand website with new engaging content
* Ensure brand integrity and quality across the portfolio
* Provide regular reporting and insights on key metrics related to individual campaign activities, to drive continuous improvement
* Provide support to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager
Qualifications
* At least 5+ years' experience in acquisition and growth marketing
* Broad hands-on marketing experience across brand, social media, acquisition campaigns, digital marketing, events and external communications
* Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Experienced and organised working across multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Strong writing skills, with the ability to adjust tone and style to align to brand, different audiences and channels
* Experienced in events management with demonstratable success
* Proficient in using a range of marketing platforms such as Canva, social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), Google Ads, Eventbrite, Microsoft Dynamics and CMS systems (WordPress)
* Desirable but not essential – experience in the health sector and/or agency environment
