About the Role
We're looking for passionate Support Workers who are ready to make a real impact, working a rotating 24/7 roster (including days, nights, weekends, and sleepovers) across our SIL homes in:
Bohle Plains, Kirwan, Mount Low, Mount Louisa, and Oonoonba .
You'll be supporting people with intellectual disabilities in areas such as:
* Personal care & daily living support
* Community access & social activities
* Transport to appointments
* Emotional & behavioural support
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or a related field
* 12+ months of experience in the disability sector
* Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Driver's licence + reliable insured vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Full Australian working rights
