Your new role
As a Solution Architect, you will guide the design and delivery of end‑to‑end architectural solutions that support organisational planning, financial optimisation, and improved data and reporting capabilities.
Your work will influence future operating models, uplift technical maturity, and introduce modern tooling and integrations that enable more accurate forecasting and scenario modelling.
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to design future‑state operating models across people, processes, technology, information, and applications.
Experience defining scope, requirements, and data needs for planning and organisational improvement initiatives.
Skill in identifying new use cases and configuration options that enhance forecasting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Experience producing conceptual, logical, and physical architectural artefacts aligned to enterprise standards.
Ability to lead architectural decisions, contribute to technical review forums, and align solutions with enterprise direction and future‑state platforms.
Strong understanding of non‑functional requirements including performance, security, accessibility, and resilience.
Experience integrating with existing systems using contemporary integration patterns and frameworks.
Knowledge of security‑by‑design principles and supporting assessments for privacy, information security, and recordkeeping.
Experience with predictive modelling, scenario analysis, and forecasting across complex environments.
Ability to embed reporting, analytics, and BI/AI‑enabled insights into solution designs.
Strong understanding of data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights.
Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, architects, technical teams, security, UX, data, infrastructure, and external vendors.
Experience providing expert input on integrations, interfaces, and process impacts across the delivery lifecycle.
Experience leading technical readiness activities such as environment validation, defect management, and cutover planning.
Ability to support runbook development, guide hypercare, and ensure smooth transition to operational teams.
Understanding of transition planning, decommissioning requirements, business continuity, and disaster recovery considerations.
