About the role
Applied Group Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Grounds Maintenance professional to join our team in the Bendigo region, Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities at our customers properties, ensuring they are well‐presented and safe for the community.
What you'll be doing
* Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns around assets on a regular schedule
* Weeding and eradicating excess vegetation
* Performing general cleaning tasks to maintain facilities at sites – sweeping and washing floors, sanitising surfaces & toilets, emptying bins & restocking consumables
* Cleaning and maintaining walkways, car parks, and spoon drains
* Removing rubbish and minor graffiti
* Identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the team
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
What we're looking for
* Prior experience in a ground's maintenance
* Proficiency in the use of landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to a high standard
* Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* A valid driver's license
