As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer at Swyftx, you'll go beyond the basics, tackling complex IT issues and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to succeed. This is a Brisbane based, hybrid role.
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
* Deliver exceptional IT support to all team members across various channels (phone, email, chat, in person).
* Manage and resolve Level 1 & 2 help desk requests, aiming for first-contact resolution.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 and related services like Azure, SharePoint, and Intune.
* Assist with IT infrastructure and networking, including hardware configuration and deployment.
* Roll out new software and systems to enhance workflows.
* Collaborate with senior IT members and other teams to improve processes and security.
Role
To ensure success in this role, you should possess:
* Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support role or a similar fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across various IT technologies.
* Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Intune, Conditional Access Policies, Enterprise Apps, App Registrations and User Management.
* Solid understanding of core networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
* Demonstrated patience and problem-solving skills when handling user requests.
* Self-motivated, energetic and capable of working effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
* Proactive project planning and scoping abilities.
* Strong team player with high standards of integrity and security.
