We are seeking an administrative professional to provide day-to-day support to our Lead Team and staff, helping coordinate meetings, training, and stakeholder engagement activities. The successful candidate will assist with project delivery through planning, documentation, and communication support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage invoices and credit notes, ensuring compliance with policies;
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives that enhance the Business Unit's performance;
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external parties, delivering a professional reception service;
* Provide comprehensive admin support including calendar management, travel bookings, and event coordination;
* Maintain document control and internal communications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
* Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and general housekeeping to keep the workspace running smoothly;

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess a qualification in Business or a related area, or considerable experience in customer service, or considerable experience in and demonstrated capability of providing a business administration and support function within a multi-disciplined business organisation. Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
