About the Role
We're seeking compassionate and empathetic support workers to join our team. If you're committed to building strong relationships and have a proactive approach to behaviour support, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be working as part of a collaborative team, providing consistent care to individuals with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support individuals in daily living activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
* Assist in achieving personal goals across various areas of life.
* Develop and implement effective plans and programs to support life skills.
* Participate in person-centred active support practices.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational requirements.
Shifts and Opportunities
We offer a mix of casual and permanent part-time roles. Shifts follow a rotating 24/7 schedule.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability Related Check.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Current CPR.
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification.
