As Head of Clinical Operations, you'll lead the performance and growth of a dynamic network of Dental, Medical, Physiotherapy and Health Hub services-helping shape the future of patient care across Geelong and regional Victoria.
Working alongside the Director of Clinical Care and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - Health and Branch Network, you'll be at the centre of driving operational excellence, empowering clinical teams, and delivering exceptional patient and member experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
* Lead and optimise operations across Dental, Medical, Physiotherapy and Health Hub locations
* Deliver strategic and operational plans aligned with organisational growth and performance targets
* Champion innovation and process improvement to streamline clinical workflows and enhance care delivery
* Drive commercial performance, operational efficiency and service excellence across the network
* Build strong partnerships with clinical teams, support services and external stakeholders
* Oversee workforce planning, resource utilisation and operational performance across multiple sites
* Use data, insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing leadership team
* Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance and clinical quality standards
Who We're Looking For
You're a strategic thinker, people-focused leader and operational powerhouse who understands the complexity of healthcare environments and thrives on improving systems, services and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* A clinical qualification in Allied Health or Nursing.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Health Administration, Business, Leadership or similar (or equivalent experience)
* Senior leadership experience managing multi-site clinical operations
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, healthcare regulation and operational best practice.
* Demonstrated success improving operational performance and service delivery.
* Financial and commercial acumen including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and empower teams.
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Highly desirable
* MBA or further postgraduate qualifications
* Experience across Dental, Primary Care, Optical or Aged Care services
