THE POSITION
General Cleaner
* Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, corridors, and common areas.
* Use hospital-approved cleaning products and equipment.
* Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
Theatre Cleaner
* Perform deep cleaning in operating theatres and surgical areas.
* Follow strict infection control and sterilisation protocols.
* Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste.
THE PERSON
* Follows strict health, safety, and infection control protocols.
* Pays close attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Understands the need for privacy and sensitivity in a hospital setting.
* Works well with hospital staff to support patient care.
* Has or is able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
