Our on-site workshops provide expert repair and maintenance services, ensuring every vehicle and accessory sold remains in optimal condition. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Oversee product range, stock levels, and service quality to meet customer expectations. Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies to maximise sales and profitability. Promote and advertise the store's products and services to attract and retain customers. Sell products and provide expert advice to customers on their use and benefits. Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions. Plan and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance and service standards. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across the store. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma of Retail Management or a related qualification. At least one year of proven work experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in an electric bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or related retail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and retail operations. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $75,000 and $ 85,000 per annum, plus superannuation, for a 38-hour work week.
