We encourage people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and people with disability to apply.About the roleJoining our Conduct and Professional Standards Team, you will conduct high quality, timely and fair investigations into serious misconduct matters related to employees and contractors. You will undertake investigations into reportable allegations of abuse and neglect of children, young people and people with disabilities by LWB staff, contractors and foster carers. As a valued member of the in-house Employment Relations team with strong connections to the National Safeguarding Unit (NSU), your insights will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and practice improvements within a values based and agile organisation.This is a permanent, full time position offering a hybrid work arrangement. You can work from any of our offices across Victoria, with the flexibility to work remotely from home.
